Sponsorship Opportunities for June 2010
2010 Hudson Valley Business Edge Conference At the Holiday Inn and Conference Center, Fishkill, NY
Business Edge is an all day business to business educational conference providing tactical, practical, useful information to 150 or more business owners in the Hudson Valley. This will be accomplished through workshops, presented by local experts, designed to present information for the business owner of different size entities.
As a sponsor for this event, you may choose to participate at various levels as outlined below:
Platinum Sponsor ($4500)
Full page ad in event brochure, admission to event for 2 people, invitations that may be distributed to your clients if desired, sponsor highlight during morning or at lunch break, sponsor table.
Gold Sponsor ($3000)
Full page ad in event brochure, admission to event for 2 people, sponsor table, sponsor highlight during morning or at lunch break.
Silver Sponsor ($1500)
Three-quarter page ad in event brochure, admission to event for 2 people, sponsor table.
Table Expo ($300)
Includes admission for 1 person, and quarter page ad in event brochure, Table (limited availability). Additional representatives can be admitted at an extra charge of $75 per person.
Additional upgrades to ad size may be purchased. Interested sponsors may donate door prizes to the event.
All sponsors will be provided with a link from the 2010 Hudson Valley Business Edge website to their own.
Other Sponsorships
We are open to other types of sponsorships for the conference, and some examples are given here. If you have an idea, please contact Susan Quade to discuss your sponsorship ideas.
As an example, you may sponsor meals and snacks in exchange for table signage, "courtesy of" mention in program & recognition at the conference, as outlined below.

- Lunch
$20.00 (pp) = up to $4000 (200 attendees and presenters)
- Afternoon Break
$10.00 (pp) = up to $2000 (200 attendees and presenters)
- Appetizers
$10.00 (pp) = up to $2000 (200 attendees and presenters)
- Event Gift - takeaway for attendees
$8.00 (pp) = up to $1600 (200 attendees and presenters)

Ads will be printed in full color. Submissions must be made in camera ready (PDF, EPS) format for printer. We are not responsible for image quality for scanned business cards or ads submitted in JPEG, GIF or PNG format. Download ad size specifications sheet.
