Criss Ittermann is a creativity junkie, with over 20 years of experience in programming and database design, and over 10 years of experience in website design & programming. Criss is an experienced group facilitator, and brings a very unique blend of psychology and technology to her web project workshops. Criss will present workshops that help attendees fine tune, and reframe their relationships with their websites and increase traffic. Hopefully your website content will keep them coming back for more! Criss strengthens the Business Edge committee with technical expertise, abundant creativity, general marketing and people skills, and over 10 years of experience facilitating support and special-interest groups, running workshops, and assisting workshop facilitators at the New York Open Center and several other venues. Criss is an Ambassador and active member of the Small Business Committee at the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, a SCORE counselor with the Sullivan County SCORE chapter, co-director of the National Women's In Network Orange County Day Chapter, and chairperson of the website committee in the Business and Professional Women's club of Middletown. When Criss pretends to have free time, she enjoys writing, teaching, biking, Dance Dance Revolution, cooking and hiking.
