Jim has over 25 years experience in change management, with demonstrated success in leading cultural change and identifying where businesses should be positioned to create/enhance future value. He has built businesses from the ground up to commercial success, developing global and domestic sales and distribution; combining the strategic and creative vision to lead and grow companies by delivering consistent results in: sales/marketing, operations, financial, and client relationship management.

Jim has established and managed domestic manufacturing plants in the NY/NJ/PA area as well as offshore manufacturing facilities in Europe, including negotiation of supply agreements with offshore companies.

Jim Sandler holds a Masters Degree in Business (MBA) from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in New York, and two Bachelor of Arts Degrees (BA) in Psychology and Sociology from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Jim has been involved in many businesses as owner and employee; as well as being a USA Hockey Certified Master Level coach. Having “coached” employees and subordinates in all aspects of business (after all, as a business owner you are a coach, mentor and director of many people in all aspects of your business) Jim has the experience in working with business owners to see the results that can be obtained by using peer advisory boards to focus on the issues facing business owners.
