Kurt Griffith

Kurt Griffith is a veteran Art Director, Graphic Designer and Illustrator. He has produced projects ranging from brochures, logos, magazine and book designs, book illustrations to media kits and web sites. This broad range of skills and stylistic approach enables him to execute client’s projects from concept to finished production art.
Over a diverse career in the industry, he has accumulated skills in Art Direction, Illustration, Graphic Design, Digital Art, Electronic Publishing and Web Design. He has worked as freelance and as a staff artist, working both solo and with creative teams and workgroups. Having learned his craft in the murky prehistory prior to desktop publishing, he therefore possesses both traditional and digital studio skills.
Kurt has a BFA with honors in Graphic Design and Illustration from Pratt Institute. Raised in Brooklyn, NY, he moved with his family to Rockland Country in 2001. After the economic upheavals in the publishing industry following the 9/11 disaster, Kurt established Fantastic Realities Studio in 2002 as a versatile source for seasoned and professional design solutions specializing in the graphics needs of small and micro-businesses.
