Richard has over 30 years experience managing assets.
He managed credit insurance operations for several insurance carriers including London Guarantee and Accident Company, Continental Insurance, CNA, and Dun and Bradstreet. Credit insurance is an international, financial, specialty insurance line. This experience gave him a unique prospective on domestic and international risk.
He is an Associate Vice President with David Lerner Associates. He believes that most people ignore Will Rodgers' philosophy, "It's not what you make. It's what you keep that matters," when they manage money.
Richard majored in business and economics at Ithaca College. Although he has developed and taught numerous courses, he feels that his most valuable lessons came from being a husband for 37 years and the father of 5 daughters.
He will conduct an investment workshop on building and preserving business and personal assets.
