Skip is an expert in helping business leaders and their teams create the focus and self-discipline necessary to achieve breakthrough results in today’s business world. Distractions abound in today’s fast paced society where everybody has come to expect instantaneous solutions. The leaders who master the art of eliminating distractions and creating a focus mindset will set themselves apart.

Skip’s own focus and self-discipline allowed him to become a general manager in Minor League Baseball at the age of 26 years old. During a 20-year career in Minor League Baseball he led five teams as President and General Manager and twice his ballclub’s were recognized as “Organization of the Year” by major industry publications.

After bringing the Hudson Valley Renegades to Dutchess County and serving as the club’s President for eight seasons, he retired from professional baseball and started Weisman Success Resources, Inc. in 2000. He has been consulting and coaching small businesses to improve their results by applying his Breakthrough F.O.C.U.S. strategies ever since.

Skip is a native of New Jersey and a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication in 1981, and Master’s Degree in Sports Administration in 1982. He and his wife, Anne Saylor, live in Poughkeepsie.
