Susan, a former VP at JPMorgan Chase, has more than 30 years of business experience from coaching and professional development to management. In addition to being the principal and founder of Quade Consulting and Quade Education Dynamics, she is also currently an adjunct professor at SUNY-New Paltz.
Susan's professional memberships include the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists, Mid Hudson Valley Society of Human Resource Management, American Society for Training and Development.
An active member of the Orange County New York Chamber of Commerce and Business Network International, Susan is also a member of the Class of 2007 at Leadership Orange.
Susan is actively pursuing a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Capella University, holds a Master’s Degree in the same field, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Upsala College.
In her sparse spare time, Susan enjoys a great game of golf, or taking her dogs up into the mountains on vacation.
